You know your business and your clients. We seldom know everything we need to manage the “business of the business” and these gaps in our knowledge can be costly. I’ve seen both business failures and personal/family issues develop when these gaps are not addressed.
Working systematically, through a full range on business management and personal development tools, you will start to make changes and improvements that will drive your business forward whilst maintaining the life balance you want.

The program is interactive and will develop based on the different members in the group. For confidentiality we do not record the sessions, to respect your own and the members issues that may be raised. Members are encouraged to book in and commit to the 1 weekly session as a core business meeting.

I offer both one-on-one coaching and group programs to suit different needs.
The group program is priced at $250 per month (approximately $63 per week), paid in advance. It covers regular themes, provides accountability, and addresses common Q&A topics. Members are encouraged to share specific issues, which will be incorporated into the sessions where possible.
For more personalised guidance and tailored support, one-on-one coaching may be the better fit for you.
